This graduation paper is about Literature field. I translated first four chapters (from English into Vietnamese) of the book “Mieko and the Fifth Treasure” by Eleanor Coerr. Besides, I also analyzed some necessary issues such as vocabulary and structure. Moreover, through this graduation paper, I find out some difficulties that student may feel confused in Literature translation, and put forth some effective solutions.

This paper is a suggest translation of chapter 1 (P1-P30) of the book: “the food of VietNam” by Luke Nguyen. Besides, I also analyze some essential issue such as structure and vocabulary in this paper. In addition, through this dissertation I can find out the difficulties that students meet when learning translation. Therefore, I also list some proposal to support students in the translation time.

In this graduation paper, I would like to investigate into the service quality of the reception department at Daystar Hotel and give some solutions to improve it. This graduation paper stater why I selected this topic, presents some concepts involved in reception department and the service quality, describes Daystar hotel and the services of the front office department, analyses and evaluates the service quality of the front office department and gives some suggestion for improving it. By doing this research, I hope the Daystar hotel will attract, more guests to the hotel.
