This thesis focuses on the real situation of The Car Rental Service of Vi.tra.co Co., LTD. The purpose of my thesis is to enhance the service quality of The Car Rental Service. So, I will point out the current situation: strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, challenges of The Car Rental Service. Then I will give some suggestions in order to enhancing its quality. I hope that with my suggestions, it will help Vi.tra.co Company develop and improve the quality of The Car Rental Service.

This graduation paper investigates the real situation and provides solutions to improving the service quality of the Spa Service at Muong Thanh Luxury Song Han. This case study is carried out based on the theoretical background and the practical data. To obtain the results, I have collected a lot of the main related information about Spa, tourist, etc. from the primary and secondary sources, such as textbooks, the Internet and the customer’s evaluations of spa through my survey, findings, and observation. Based on this information, I would analyze some characteristics of staff, service, organizational structure and tourist resource of Spa, then propose some suggestions to improve the service quality of Spa Service at Muong Thanh Luxury Song Han Hotel.
