This graduation paper is a suggested translation of the Chapter 4 from the book “How to run a great hotel: Everything you need to achieve excellence in the hotel industry” by authorship Enda M Larkin. Besides, I also analyze some problems which are extremely complicated such as structures, vocabularies in this chapter 6. Therefore, I list some differences that I make during translating in the end of this graduation paper.
