The aim of this graduation paper is to translate from the book“ Moon VietNam” chapter 2 "Discover Vietnam" by Dana Filek Gibson from English into Vietnamese. Besides, I also analyze some necessary issues such as vocabulary and structure in this paper. In addition, through this graduation paper I can find out the difficulties that students encounter when learning translation. From there I also list some suggestions to help students in the translation process.

The graduation paper embarks on a study of real situation at reception department in Dragon Sea Hotel. Through the analysis, I would like to give some suggestions for Dragon Sea Hotel to improve the service quality at the Reception Department, I hope that suggestions will help the hotel and contribute to the growth of the hotel.

This graduation paper belongs to Chapter 11 in module 28 “Expressing and experiencing emotion” of the book “exploring psychology” The Eighth Edition by David G. Myers, 2009. The module 28 of Chapter 11 of the book is translated into Vietnamese, and then, some important points will be analyzed particularly. This paper tends to analyze some difficult vocabulary and structures to clarity the suggested version. However, due to time limitation, this paper only focuses on the module 28 of the chapter 11 with 3,872 words.

This graduation paper is a suggested translation of Chapter I, II and III named: “The Secretary-General’s Call to Action, What Did the Climate Action Summit Achieve? and The Way Forward” from the report which is titled “Report of the Secretary-General on the 2019 climate action summit and the way forward in 2020”. Besides, I also analyzed some necessary issues such as vocabulary and structures in the translation process. In addition, through this graduation paper, I myself find out some difficulties that students feel confused in psychological translation and put forward some effective solutions.
