Chapter I is theoretical background about translation; Chapter II is the original version: “CUISINE AND FASHION” which is followed by my suggested translation version; Chapter III contains the analysis of typical difficult words, phrases, and structures; Chapter IV shows difficulties which I encountered and solutions which helped me overcome these difficulties.

Chapter I is theoretical background about translation; Chapter II is original version of Chapter 9: “Entrepreneurial Confidence and High Standards” and Chapter 10:" Employee Owners Rewarding the Product Stakeholders" which is followed by my suggested translation; Chapter III contains the analysis of some typical difficult words, idioms, phrases and structures; Chapter IV consists of difficulties which l encounter and solutions which help me overcome these difficulties.
