This graduation paper investigates the real situation and provides solution to enhancing the quality of the Reception Department at Vian Hotel. This case study is carried out based on the theoretical background and the practical data. To obtain the results, author have collected all of the main related information about the reception, tourist, etc. from the primary and secondary sources, such as textbooks, the internet, as well as the data of the Reception department and the customer’s evaluations of the reception through by author survey, findings, and observation. Based on this information, author would offer some characteristics of staff, service, organizational structure of the hotel, then propose some suggestions to improve the service quality of the hotel.

In this graduation paper, author would like to research about "Acase study of the strong and weak points of the reception department at Ruby Light Hotel and some suggested solutions to improve". In this paper, author have introduce, gave some tables figures. From it, author analyzed and evaluated to proposed some solutions to better the performance.

This graduation paper embarks on a study of real context at reception outlet in KAY Hotel and its business activities to attract tourists in general and international tourists in particular to this establishment. Accordingly , an analysis of actual problems in the outlet shall be exposed clearly related to quality – bases services. And then an analysis and an evaluation are carried out to find out its strengths and weeknesses.
