This case study is researched to attract for guest use supplement servicein HAGL Hotel Da Nang. Through investigating the demand of guest in there, I also point out some strengths and weaknesses in supplement service quality in HAGL. Furthermore, I also have some suggestions for improving the supplement services. And I hope from these suggestions, it can help the hotel attracts many tourists to use supplement services.
