The graduation paper embarks on a study of real context at reception outlet in Tuyet Son Hotel. Accordingly, an analysis of actual problems in the outlet shall be exposed clearly related to quality – based reception department. Through the discussion about the problems, author would like to give some recommendations for Tuyet Son Hotel to enhance customer service skills at the reception department. Author hope my recommendations will help the hotel exceed customer’s expectation and contribute to the growth of hospitality industry of the hotel.

This graduation paper reports the curent situation and the solutions for VITOURS company’s E – marketing activities. This thesis is carried out basing on the theoretical background and the practical data collected. Firstly, the data about VITOURS company and tourism are collected. Then, all these data were analyzed and assessed basing on the theoretical background and real experiences. Secondly, the suggestions were given to improving the E – marketing tools of the company as well as exploiting some strengths of company through the data analyzed carefully.

This graduation paper investigates and analyzes the real situation of the service quality of the Food and Beverage Department at Sea Place restaurant. To carry out this case study I have collected all of the main related information about the restaurant, hotel, etc. from the data of the Food and Beverage Department and the customer’s evaluations of the restaurant through my survey, findings, and observation. Author will also present information about staff, services, organizational structure of the restaurant. Through the discussion about the problem, author would offer some solutions to improve the service quality of the restaurant.
