This case study is carried out based on the theoretical background and the practical data. To obtain the results, author have collected all of the main related information about the restaurant, tourist, etc. from the primary and secondary sources, such as textbooks, the Internet, as well as the data of the Food and Beverage Department and the customer’s evaluations of the restaurant through my survey, findings, and observation. Based on this information, author would offer some characteristics of staff, service, organizational structure and tourist resource of the restaurant, then propose some suggestions to improve the service quality of the restaurant.

In this graduation paper, I would like to research "The real situations and solutions to improving the quality of Reception Department at Hoi An River Town Hotel.”. In my paper, I give some tables of the number of guests as well as Hoi An River Town Hotel’s business.

Author only focus on investigating the current situation of the service quality of the Food and Beverage Department, that is table service process. More specifically, that is the quality of party service in Thanh Binh Riverside Hoi An Hotel in 2017 and 2018. From then on, good points and weaknesses are pointing out. Finally, some solution to improve the service quality of F and B department will be suggested.

Part A is the introduction of the graduation paper including rationale, aims and objectives, scope of the study, method of the study and study’s organization. Part B is talk about the development; it includes three chapters: Chaper I is theoretical background about resort and Reception Department. Chapter II is case description describing the overview of at the Reception Department at Palm Garden Resort. Chapter III includes real situations at the Reception Department with the analysis and evaluation. Part C is the suggestions and some solutions to helping improve the service quality of the Reception epartment at Palm Garden Resort.

This graduation report investigates the real situation and provides solutions to improving the quality of the accommodation service at Vanda Hotel Danang. This case study is based on theory and actual data. In order to get results, author have collected all major information about hotel, travel, etc. From primary and secondary sources, such as textbooks, the Internet, as well as data from the Accommodation Business and customer assessment of accommodation through our survey and findings. Based on this information, author will present some of the characteristics of the hotel's staff, services, organizational structure, and tourism resources, and then suggest some suggestions for improving its service quality.
