This case study is to improve the service quality of customer services at Saigontourist in Da Nang city. The actual quality of service in this department is not really perfect because it hasn’t been fully developed its own strengths. Therefore, author will point out the weak points and strong points in serving customers of Customer servicess department. Next, author will give out some suggestions for improving customer service procedures for the customer care activities. And I hope from the suggestions which have been pointed out, it will help to get more attraction to guests and to improve the service quality at Saigontourist.

This case study is carried out based on the theoretical background and the practical data. Firstly, author have collected practical data by giving the questionnaires to the tourists in order to appraise the service quality of the front office there. Besides, author also got specific statistics from the manager to evaluate the weaknesses and strengths of the front office Staff. At last, through the careful analyses and evaluations, I give out the suggestion in order to improve the service quality of the Front Office Department of Dan Oasis Hotel.

This study presents some factors affecting business activities of restaurant. In addition, the researcher shows recent business result of hotel to find out the results and evaluation of restaurant quality. To find the result, the researcher will gather all of the main related information about the restaurant, hotel. Based on this material, the researcher would give out some main characteristics about the restaurant and then give solutions to develop business activity of restaurant at A La Carte Da Nang Beach Hotel.

This purpose of this study is to propose and to recommend some solutions to improve the quality of the staff of the Housekeeping department at Ocean Haven Hotel. Beside, author also analyze some necessary issues about the status of technical facilities as well as the management of technical facilities at the Housekeeping department of Ocean Haven Hotel. Through this graduation paper, author found that À la Carte Hotel has face to many drawbacks. The Housekeeping staff did not perform well in the work process, affecting the hotel revenue. As a result, it is necessary that the hotel takes measures to improve this situation.
