This graduation report investigates the real situation and provides solutions to improving the quality of the accommodation service at Vanda Hotel Danang. This case study is based on theory and actual data. In order to get results, author have collected all major information about hotel, travel, etc. From primary and secondary sources, such as textbooks, the Internet, as well as data from the Accommodation Business and customer assessment of accommodation through our survey and findings. Based on this information, author will present some of the characteristics of the hotel's staff, services, organizational structure, and tourism resources, and then suggest some suggestions for improving its service quality.

This graduation paper reports the current situation and the solutions for Saigon Tourane Hotel’s Reception department. This thesis is carried out basing on the theoretical background and the practical data collected. Firstly, the data about Saigon Tourane Hotel and service quality are collected. Then, all these data were analyzed and assessed basing on the theoretical background and real experiences. At last, the suggestions were given to improve the service quality of Reception department as well as exploit some strengths of company through the data analyzed carefully.

Part A: IntroductionIn this part, author would like to mention the reasons why I choose this topic, aims and objectives, the scope of the study, methods of the study as well as the organization of the study. Part B: Development - Chapter I is theoretical background about hotel business, reception department and characteristics of tourists - Chapter II is case description describing the overview of Diamond Sea Hotel and reception department at this hotel. - Chapter III includes real situation about reception activities and business situation with the analysis and evaluation. Part C: Solutions and Conclusion. In this part, I would like to suggest some solutions to attract tourist in Diamond Sea Hotel.

This graduation paper is about natural sciences field. It a suggested translation of Chapter 2 “Caffeine, Jet Lag, and Melatonin: Losing and Gaining Control of Your Sleep Rhythm” from the Book “Why We Sleep” by Matthew Walker”. First, author will introduce the reason for choosing the topic, then, translates the text from the English version to the Vietnamese version. Next, auhor analyze some necessary issues such as the vocabulary and complicated structures of the suggested translation version to find out suggestions and provide readers with the best translation version. Finally, the difficulties that author encountered in the translation process and some essential solutions will be suggested at the end of the graduation paper.

This graduation paper is a suggested translation of chapter 1 (P13- P24) named: “ What Is Music?” of the book: This is Your Brain on Music: The Science of a Human Obsession by Daniel J. Levitin . Besides, I also analyze some necessary issues such as vocabulary and structure in this paper. In addition, through this graduation paper, I myself find out some difficulties that students feel confused in translation and put forward some effective solutions.
