The study consists of five chapters. In each chapter, the researcher will discuss different issues. Part A: The introduction which shows the reasons why we choose this topic, aims, and objectives, scope of the study, and some methods of the study. Part B: Chapter 1 is the presentation about the literature review and theoretical background for this study to carry on. Chapter 2 provides general information and the real situation of the reception department at Nam hotel and spa. Chapter 3 gives an analysis and evaluation on the real situation of the reception department at Nam hotel and spa. Part C: The suggestions for improving the service quality of reception department at Nam hotel and spa and conclusion.

This graduation paper is a suggested translation of chapter 12 (P 347-P 371) named: “May: existential psychology” of the book: “Theories of personality” by Jess Feist and Gregory J. Feist. Besides, I also analyze some necessary issues such as vocabulary and structure in this paper. In addition, through this graduation paper, I myself find out some difficulties that student fell confused in business translation and put forward some effective solutions.

This graduation paper is a suggested translation of chapter 10 (Page 280- Page 314) named: “Maslow: holistic-dynamic theory” of the book: “Theories of personality” by Jess Feist and Gregory J.Feist. First of all, my aim of this study is gaining experience as well as knowledge through analyzing some necessary issues such as vocabularies and structures of the suggested version. In addition, through this graduation paper, I myself find out some difficulties that student fell confused in business translation and put forward some effective solutions. Finally, I also point out some useful solutions to help students translate smoothly at the end of this study.

This graduation paper an investigation into the real situation of VanDa hotel for the purpose of providing some solutions to improve the quality of staff at VanDa Hotel. This case study is carried out based on the theoretical background and the practical data. To obtain the results, author have collected all of the main related information about the hotel, tourist, etc. from the primary and secondary sources, such as textbooks, the internet, as well as the data of the Human Resource and the customer’s evaluations of the hotel through her survey, findings, and observation. Based on this information, author would offer some characteristics and deep analysis of staff, service, organizational structure and tourist resource of the hotel, then author would propose some suggestions to improve the quality of staff at Vanda Hotel.
