Author only focus on investigating the current situation of the service quality of the Food and Beverage Department, that is table service process. More specifically, that is the quality of party service in Thanh Binh Riverside Hoi An Hotel in 2017 and 2018. From then on, good points and weaknesses are pointing out. Finally, some solution to improve the service quality of F and B department will be suggested.

This graduation paper is a suggested translation of chapter 2 (P31-P44) named: “Emerging Markets” Of the book: “Ecotourism” by David Weaver. Besides, author also analyze some necessary issues such as vocabulary and structures in this paper. In addition, through this graduation paper, author find out some difficulties that student fell confused in business translation and suggest some effective solutions.

This graduation paper is a suggested translation of Chapter III, IV and V “Institutional Framework for Environment and Climate Change” from the report which is titled “Vietnam: Environment and Climate Change Assessment” by ADP (Asian Development Bank), 2013. First of all, I present the general introduction including the reasons why I chose this report. Author give the suggested Vietnamese version for the report. In addition, author analyze the new words and structures making me feel struggle with in the translation process. After that, author enumerated the difficulties and solutions when author translated the text. Finally, author delivered the conclusion and the findings to my report, together with some solutions for the students in Duy Tan University’s Department of Foreign Languages to help them enhance and develop their translation capability

Based on the results in practicing time, experience in Holiday Beach Hotel and studying time at Duy Tan University, this graduation paper presents some basic concepts of service, some problems about restaurant business. Besides, this study also presents about Holiday Beach overview, situation of Waitress/Waiter at hotel and analyze the Restaurant of hotel. Finally, author will give out some suggestions and policies in order to improve the quality of service at the Restaurant for hotel. And author hope from the suggestions which have been pointed out, it will improve the quality of service at the Restaurant at Holiday Beach hotel.

Part A is the introduction of the graduation paper including rationale, aims and objectives, scope of the study, method of the study and study’s organization. Part B is talk about the development; it includes three chapters: Chaper I is theoretical background about resort and Reception Department. Chapter II is case description describing the overview of at the Reception Department at Palm Garden Resort. Chapter III includes real situations at the Reception Department with the analysis and evaluation. Part C is the suggestions and some solutions to helping improve the service quality of the Reception epartment at Palm Garden Resort.
