This graduation paper investigates serving procedures and provides some suggestions to improve the service quality of Reception Department at Crowne Plaza Danang. Quality is an important factor affecting business operation of any tourism business enterprises. In this paper, I would like to emphasize the importance of Reception Department in Crowne Plaza Danang in particular and in general. Basing on the real situation of Reception Department’s service quality in the hotel, I would like to point out the strong points and weak points of this Department. From this, I can give some suggestion to improve its service quality.

This graduation paper is a suggested translation of chapter 11 named: “Causes and consequences of air pollution and environmental injustice as critical issues for science and environment education” of the book : “the impact of air pollution of health, economy, environment and agricultural sources” by Mohamed K.Khalaf. Besides, I also analyze some necessary issues such as vocabulary and structure in this paper. In addition, through this graduation paper, I myself find out some difficulties that student fell confused in business translation and put foward some effective solutions.

Part A is the introduction of the graduation paper including rationale, aims and objectives, scope of the study, method of the study and study’s organization. Part B includes: Chapter I is theoretical background about hotel business and Food and Beverage Department. Chapter II is case description describing the overview of A La Carte Danang Beach hotel. Chapter III includes real situations of the service quality of Food and Beverage Department with the analysis and evaluation. Part C is the suggestions for improving the service quality of F&B Department at A La Carte Danang Beach hotel, and the conclusion.

The graduation paper embarks on a study of real context at reception outlet in Samdi Hotel. Accordingly, an analysis of actual problems in the outlet will be exposed clearly related to quality - based reception department. Through the discussion about the problems, author wwould like to give some recommendations for Samdi Hotel to enhance customer service skills at the Reception Department, author hope my recommendations will help the hotel exceed customer’s expectation and contribute to the growth of hospitality industry of the hotel.

The graduation paper directly shows an investigation of the strengths and the weaknesses of the service quality in Lamuno Hotel. Subsequently, there is an analysis of some problems in the hotel’s service quality. From the discussion, I would like to give some suggestions for the hotel and I hope that my recommendations can help Lamuno Hotel develop and attract many Asian guests. Besides, the hotel has been exceeding their guest expectations and contributing to the growth of hospitality industry of Da Nang city.
