This graduation paper is about lifestyle field. I translated chapter 7 (from English into Vietnamese) named: “Education” of “American Ways: A Guide For Foreigners In The United States”. Besides, I also analyzed some necessary issues such as vocabulary and structure in this chapter. In addition, through this graduation paper, I myself find out some difficulties that student felt confused in culture and society field translation and put forward some effective solutions.

After applying for an internship at the Vitraco Tourism Company for a while, I have been exposed to the reality of the company, especially the tour operator. I have researched and investigated the quality of travel program services at this company. My graduation materials were made to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the company's travel programs. After that, author will give some suggestions to improve the quality of the travel programs. author hope that in the future Vitraco Tourism Company will be a growing company and attract more customers.

This paper presents some concepts and customer service performance, describes and evaluates the real situation. By doing this research, author hope that Grand Sea Hotel develops fully to attract many guests to the hotel. Besides, the Grand Sea Hotel is more and more extended nationwide. We believe that every time customers stay in Grand Sea Hotel, they always feel satisfiable and comfortable here.

Part A is an introduction of rationale, aims and objectives, scope of the study, text features, text length, text source, organization and method of the study. Secondly, part B includes the four following chapters: Chapter One consists of theoretical background, principles and methods of translation; Chapter Two is the suggested translation; Chapter Three analyses the vocabulary and structures of the translation; and the last chapter is the difficulties and solutions. In addition to discovering the characteristics of helpful teachers, the paper also presents some challenges and solutions that author encountered in the translation. Finally, further researches are suggested in part C conclusion andsuggestions for those who are in favor of this topic to go on perfecting this research.

Firstly, the researcher collects the practical data by giving the questionnaires to the tourists in order to appraise the service quality of the business staff there. Besides, the researcher also gets the specific statistics from the manager of the Boss to evaluate the weaknesses and the strengths of the tour guide Staff. Then, all these practical data are analyzed and assessed basing on the theoretical background and real situation. At last, through the careful analyses and evaluations, the researcher gives out the suggestion in order to improve the service quality of the business staff of Vodatours company.
