This book has a lot of chapters such as the plant, the farm, the elevator, the feedlot, etc. Because of the limitation of time and the scope of the study, however, I chose chapter 15 and some parts of 16 of part 3 to translate. This is the most exciting part of the book and this study focuses on the analysis of a suggested translation of “The Omnivore’s Dilemma: A Natural History of Four Meals”.
