This paper is carried out with the aim of translating chapter 01 of “ The management process today” in the book named “Essentials of Comtemporary Management” by “ Gareth K.Jones/ Jenifer M.george” from page 4 to page 17 , from English into Vietnamese and analyse its vocabulary. In addition, through this graduation paper, I myself also find out some difficulties that students face in management works and give some effective solutions to help student translate better.
