In this graduation paper, I have focused on searching the work of the service staff in Food and Beverage department at Hoang Anh Gia Lai hotel. In particularly, I researched real status of the Food and Beverage department, and gave some tables for evaluation and analyses to improve service quality of Hoang Anh Gia Lai hotel. Besides, I had some suggestions so as to contribute to the development of this hotel.
