This paper is a suggested translation of Chapter 2 “Action, ethics, and research: How can I make a different” in the book “Intercultural Communication For Everyday Life”. First, author give a general introduction about the reasons for choosing the topic, then translate the English version into Vietnamese version. Next, author analyze the vocabulary and complicated structures of the suggested translation version. The difficulties in the translation and some essential solutions are suggested at the end of the graduation paper.

This graduation paper is a suggested translation of chapter 7 (P72-P85) named: “Circles of focus” of the book: “100 tips for hoteliers” by Peter Venison. Author also analyze some necessary problems such as vocabulary and structure in this paper. Furthermore, author find out some challenges that students fell confused in translating process and put forth some efficient solutions.

This paper is a suggested translation from Chapter one of the Book “Animals, Property, and the Law” (1st Edition) by Gary L.Francione, 1995. First of all, author present about the general introduction including the reason author chose this book. Next author learn about academic vocabularies, organizations being relevant to animal right field. Moreover, I read some laws and act of animals which was relating to content of the book both by English and Vietnamese. Author give the suggested version Vietnamese for the book. In addition, author also analyze the new words and structures that I struggle in the translation process. After that, ahthor enumerate the difficulties and solutions when author translated the text. Finally, author delivered conclusion and the findings in my text, beside author propose solution for the next generation student of Duy Tan University’s Department Foreign Languages to help them enhance and develop their translation capability.

This graduation paper is a suggested translation of chapter 10 (Page 280- Page 314) named: “Maslow: holistic-dynamic theory” of the book: “Theories of personality” by Jess Feist and Gregory J.Feist. First of all, my aim of this study is gaining experience as well as knowledge through analyzing some necessary issues such as vocabularies and structures of the suggested version. In addition, through this graduation paper, I myself find out some difficulties that student fell confused in business translation and put forward some effective solutions. Finally, I also point out some useful solutions to help students translate smoothly at the end of this study.
