The purpose of this graduation paper is to translate chapter 8 “Da Nang, Vietnam” from the book “Energizing Green Cities in Southeast Asia: Applying Sustainable Urban Energy and Emissions Planning” by Dejan R. Ostojic, Holly Krambeck, Jeanette Lim, Ranjan K. Bose, and Yabei Zhang, 2013. Besides, author also analyze some necessary items such as vocabulary and structure in this paper. This graduation paper also finds out some difficulties that students face in environmental translation and gives some essential solutions to help student translate environmental texts better.

This graduation paper belongs to chapter Chapter 5 of the book “Genius Foods: Become Smarter, Happier, and More Productive While Protecting Your Brain for Life” by Max Lugavere and Paul Grewal M.D. The chapter is translated into Vietnamese, and then, some important points will be analyzed particularly. Author translate chapter 6 “Marketing travel” (from English into Vietnamese) of the book “Connecting with Customers How to Sell, Service, and Marketing The Travel Product”. Besides, author also provide and clarify some essential issues such as terminology, vocabulary and structure in this part. Moreover, through this graduation paper, author found out some pitfalls that students fell confused, especially when translating some phrases and sentences relating to the marketing. In addition, the graduation paper will give author a chance to get valuable experiences and to identify some mistakes and difficulties arising during translating process. According to this way, author can enhance my knowledge and recognize some my strengths as well as my weaknesses when author translate.

The text that I selected to translate is “Fitness and Wellness for Life" (Sixth Edition)” by William E. Prentice, 1999. The graduation paper is translated from the original version and given the analysis of a suggested translation of the book. Besides, the paper will list some difficulties that students face in health translation. Finally, some essential solutions are suggested.
