In this graduation paper, author would like to investigate into the service quality of the Reception Department in Quy Nhon Hotel and give some suggestions to improve it. This graduation paper states why author selected this topic (rationale), presents some concepts involved in reception department and the service quality, describes Quy Nhon Hotel and the services of the front office department, analyses and evaluates the service quality of the front office department and gives some suggestion for improving it. By doing this research. Author hope the Quy Nhon Hotel will attract guests to the hotel.

This case study is to improve the service quality of customer services at Saigontourist in Da Nang city. The actual quality of service in this department is not really perfect because it hasn’t been fully developed its own strengths. Therefore, author will point out the weak points and strong points in serving customers of Customer servicess department. Next, author will give out some suggestions for improving customer service procedures for the customer care activities. And I hope from the suggestions which have been pointed out, it will help to get more attraction to guests and to improve the service quality at Saigontourist.

This case study is carried out based on the theoretical background and the practical data. Firstly, author have collected practical data by giving the questionnaires to the tourists in order to appraise the service quality of the front office there. Besides, author also got specific statistics from the manager to evaluate the weaknesses and strengths of the front office Staff. At last, through the careful analyses and evaluations, I give out the suggestion in order to improve the service quality of the Front Office Department of Dan Oasis Hotel.

The book “Declutter Your Mind: How To Stop Worrying, Relieve Anxiety, and Eliminate” by S.J. Scott and Barrie Davenport is about psychological field. Author choose to translate Part 3: “Decluttering Your Relationships” (from English into Vietnamese) so that it will be easier for the readers to get the main ideas of this book. Besides, author also analyze some necessary issues such as vocabulary and grammar structure in this paper. In addition, through this graduation paper, author find out some difficulties that students fell confused in translation and put forward some effective solutions.

This study presents some factors affecting business activities of restaurant. In addition, the researcher shows recent business result of hotel to find out the results and evaluation of restaurant quality. To find the result, the researcher will gather all of the main related information about the restaurant, hotel. Based on this material, the researcher would give out some main characteristics about the restaurant and then give solutions to develop business activity of restaurant at A La Carte Da Nang Beach Hotel.
