The graduation paper embarks on a study of real context at reception outlet in Samdi Hotel. Accordingly, an analysis of actual problems in the outlet will be exposed clearly related to quality - based reception department. Through the discussion about the problems, author wwould like to give some recommendations for Samdi Hotel to enhance customer service skills at the Reception Department, author hope my recommendations will help the hotel exceed customer’s expectation and contribute to the growth of hospitality industry of the hotel.

The graduation paper directly shows an investigation of the strengths and the weaknesses of the service quality in Lamuno Hotel. Subsequently, there is an analysis of some problems in the hotel’s service quality. From the discussion, I would like to give some suggestions for the hotel and I hope that my recommendations can help Lamuno Hotel develop and attract many Asian guests. Besides, the hotel has been exceeding their guest expectations and contributing to the growth of hospitality industry of Da Nang city.

This Case Study is carried out basing on the theoretical background and the practical data which concentrate on the analysic and evaluation of the whole information to find out strong and weak points from the quality of the procedure, staff, equipment,etc,... of accommodation service in Holiday Beach Da Nang Hotel and Resort. From this, author hope to hightlight the problems of this service. Additionally, in order to improve the quality of accommodation service of the Housekeeping Department, I would like to offer some major suggestions to resolve those problems significantly.

This case study is based on theory and actual data. In order to get results, author have collected all major information about travel, tourism industry, etc. from primary and secondary sources, such as textbooks, the Internet, as well as data from the Domestic Tourism Business. Based on this information, author will present some of the characteristics of the company's staff, services, organizational structure, and tourism resources, and then make some suggestions for attracting domestic guests.
