Part A is the introduction of the graduation paper including rationale, aims and objectives, scope of the study, method of the study and study’s organization. Part B is talk about the development; it includes three chapters: Chapter 1 is theoretical background about Tourism and Tourist, Hotel and Hotel Business and customer’s service at the hotel. Chapter 2 is case description describing the overview of Pink Lotus Hotel and real situation the quality of customer’s service at this hotel. Chapter 3 is the analysis, evaluation of the problems and the suggestions for giving ways to attract tourists to Pink Lotus Hotel. Part C is the conclusion and further implications.

Besides, author also analyze some necessary issues such as vocabulary and structure in this paper. In addition, through this graduation paper,author find out some difficulties that student fell confused in business translation and put forward some effective solutions. Finally, some essential solutions are suggested.

This graduation paper is about the education field and presents my suggested version of the original chapter in the book. Author translate fifth section: The Greatest Obtacle We Face in part two “The Game” of the book "The Passionate Teacher". Besides, author also provide and clarify some essential issues such as terminology, vocabulary and structure in this part. Moreover, through this graduation paper, Author found out some difficulties that students fell confused and put forward some effective solutions. In addition, the graduation paper will give author a chance to get valuable experiences and to identify some mistakes and difficulties arising during translating process. According to this way, author can enhance my knowledge and recognize some my strengths as well as my weaknesses when author translate.

The graduation paper embarks on a study of real context at reception outlet in Tuyet Son Hotel. Accordingly, an analysis of actual problems in the outlet shall be exposed clearly related to quality – based reception department. Through the discussion about the problems, author would like to give some recommendations for Tuyet Son Hotel to enhance customer service skills at the reception department. Author hope my recommendations will help the hotel exceed customer’s expectation and contribute to the growth of hospitality industry of the hotel.

My graduation paper is carried out with the aim of translating the Rule 2 of the book “12 Rules for Life” from English to Vietnamese. Another purpose of this graduation paper is the analysis of procedures of translating the text from which the difficulties and corresponding solutions are suggested.
