His study reports the real situations and the solutions in serving buffet progress at Intercontinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort. Serving buffet Cbrings resort a plentiful benefit. It is an important role and a deciding factor in F&B Department of the resort. In this study, I would like to emphasize the important role of serving buffet at the resort in general and at Citron restaurant in particular. Basing on the whole progress and real situation of serving buffet, I would love to show the strong points and the weak points of this progress. Gathering all the good and bad points I gave some solutions to improve the serving buffet progress at Intercontinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort.
