- Tóm tắt: This work provides an analysis of issues that affect rational decision-making about information technology. This involves posing dilemmas, identifying trade-offs, recognizing pitfalls and unravelling confusions. The way in which the data model for an organization is constructed is analyzed, and the question is posed as to whether the model should reflect the way things are objectively or whether it should reflect the requirements for the new computer systems. This question as to whether to first define the non-technical requirements of a computer system for an organization or the technology to be used, lies at the centre of this book.
