This graduation paper is a suggested translation of Chapter I, II and III named: “The Secretary-General’s Call to Action, What Did the Climate Action Summit Achieve? and The Way Forward” from the report which is titled “Report of the Secretary-General on the 2019 climate action summit and the way forward in 2020”. Besides, I also analyzed some necessary issues such as vocabulary and structures in the translation process. In addition, through this graduation paper, I myself find out some difficulties that students feel confused in psychological translation and put forward some effective solutions.

This graduation paper focused on the real situation of Vinpearl Resort & Spa Hoi An. It is an analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the Reception Department at the hotel. In my paper, I give some tables of the number of guests as well as business of Vinpearl Resort & Spa Hoi An to make more clearly. Through discussing these problems, I will provide some suggestions to improve the quality of the Reception Department in Vinpearl Resort & Spa Hoi An.
