The aim of my thesis is to analyze the bank’s communication activities and to do deep research on the promotion activities that the bank are using. Besides, it is to see the advantages and disadvantages of the promotion activities for bank’s debit card service. In addition, through this topic I suggest some ideas to improve the matters in Da Nang Marine Bank. In order to meet this target, I have done research, observed, explored, compared, statistic and talked with employees in the bank. The expected result is to design a promotion strategy for Da Nang Maritime Bank in order to overcome these limitations and to give a suitable solution. Therefore we can increase the number of customers using debit card of Da Nang Marine Bank.

As the largest distribution company in the Central Vietnam which specializes in foods and beverages, the sale representatives are important resources to help increase revenue in the future. Thus this research applied employee-training methods to design the training programs for sale represenatatives at Ngoc Tri Company.

In today's market economy, distribution has a very important role for a company. Manufacturers want to bring their products to consumers, they have to build a system of appropriate distribution channels and strong enough to be able to create a competitive advantage with rivals. Luckily, I was doing internship at Petrolimex Region V Company. In recent time, the company's policies do not adapt to the changes in business environment. It is essential to have a complete distribution solution for all petroleum products in the industry at the present time. Realizing the urgency of this, after the probation time at the company, I choose the subject of thesis "Perfecting the system of distribution channels in Petrolimex Region V Company". I use the combination of the research methods such as systematic theoretical basis, data collection and analysis. By analyzing information of the company and its business activity as well as the information of the consumption through the distribution channels, I find out some limitations and offer solutions to help further improve the distribution system in the company.
