These days, the tourism industry is considered to be the world's largest industry. As a result, all hotels need to have suitable policies to attract tourists. The case study is to improve the policy of food and beverage product of FishCa restaurant at A la carte Da Nang beach hotel because restaurant business is important. Therefore, after investigating the real situation of FishCa restaurant, author will point out the weak points and strong points in policy of food and beverage product of the restaurant at A la carte hotel. Next, author will give out some suggestions.

This paper is a suggested translation of “Environment annual report 2017”. First, author give a general introduction about the reasons for choosing the topic, then translates the English version into Vietnamese version. Next, author analyze the vocabulary and complicated structures of the suggested translation version. The difficulties in the translation and some essential solutions are suggested at the end of the graduation paper.

This graduation paper is about the Vietnamese translation of a book“American Ways: A Guide for Foreigners in the United States” written by Gary Althen. This book was originally published in 1988 by Gary himself. Because of the limited time, I decide to select chapter six of the book to translate. The graduation paper includes the theoretical background, the original version, the suggested translation, and the analysis of vocabulary and structures for the translation process. Furthermore, the paper also includes my difficulties and solutions in the translation.

This graduation paper is a suggested translation of chapter 2 (P31-P44) named: “Emerging Markets” Of the book: “Ecotourism” by David Weaver. Besides, author also analyze some necessary issues such as vocabulary and structures in this paper. In addition, through this graduation paper, author find out some difficulties that student fell confused in business translation and suggest some effective solutions.

This graduation paper is a suggested translation of Chapter III, IV and V “Institutional Framework for Environment and Climate Change” from the report which is titled “Vietnam: Environment and Climate Change Assessment” by ADP (Asian Development Bank), 2013. First of all, I present the general introduction including the reasons why I chose this report. Author give the suggested Vietnamese version for the report. In addition, author analyze the new words and structures making me feel struggle with in the translation process. After that, author enumerated the difficulties and solutions when author translated the text. Finally, author delivered the conclusion and the findings to my report, together with some solutions for the students in Duy Tan University’s Department of Foreign Languages to help them enhance and develop their translation capability
