The aim of this graduation paper is to translate Chapter or conomic Law” by Eugen Von Bohm-Bawerk from English into Vietnamese. Economic and social field is very difficult, so it requires a good translation skill. Besides, atranslator needs to understandthe economic issues. So I decided to translate this book to improve translation skill. Through the translation and the analysis of some structures and vocabulary, I can find out the difficulties that students encounter when learning translation. From there I also list some suggestions to help studentsin the translation process.

My book is “Power and Market” and I translate chapter II with title: “Fundamental of Invention” which is written by Murray N. Rothbard. There are a lot of complicated words and structures, so I will analyze some difficult words and structures in this graduation paper. I have some difficulties in this document, so the solutions are suggested at the end of graduation paper.

This graduation paper is about the suggested Vietnamese version of ―The Economy‖ and ―Living in Japan today‖. Furthermore, this study shows the analysis of vocabulary and structure of the original text. The next, it will list some difficulties which I have trouble when translating. Finally, some essential solutions are suggested to help students translate better.
