The book “Leading Apple with Steve Jobs - management lessons from a controversial genius” is an excellent book that describes how-to management lessons drawn from Jay Elliot's observations of Steve Jobs’ day-by-day leadership. Therefore, I definitely choose chapter 5 “Unusual Interviewing Techniques” and chapter 6 “To Protect Innovation, Create a Company within a Company” to translate into Vietnamese from the book “Leading Apple with Steve Jobs - management lessons from a controversial genius “by Jay Elliot, 2012. In these pages, you will find practical examples that show how Steve’s leadership principles can be used in the everyday worlds of business, product development, and recruiting and managing people.

My graduation paper is done with the aim of translating of excerpt from page 2 to 23 of the book " Successful copywriting in a week " by Robert Ashton from English into Vietnamese. In addition, I will analyze vocabulary, phrases, the structure of the sentence, the text translation process and come up with suitable translation methods for the text.

The main purpose of this graduation paper is to provide a suggested version translation of Chapter 3 named: “Arts and Literature” from the book “ Culture and customs of Korea,” by Donald N. Clark, the chapter is about arts and literature in the past through the present in North and South Korea with chapters on the story of the Korean people including decorative ceramics, famous architectural works of ancient times, various folk paintings, poems, novels with great artists in that times. Otherwise, the other purpose is to provide an analysis of the original text regarding vocabulary, sentences patterns, and structures. This graduation paper will help the translator to consolidate and enhance expertise, identify problems encountered in the translation process. Finally, based on this paper, there are some difficulties in translating this text. And above are some useful solutions that help the translator get a better translation which are at the end of this paper.

This graduation paper is about the Vietnamese translation of a book “Culture and customs of Korea”. This book was originally published in 2000 by Donald Clark. Due to a lack of time, I chose to translate the second chapter of the book. The graduatetion paper includes the theoretical background, the original version, the suggested translation, and the analysis of vocabulary and structures for the translation process. Furthermore, the paper also including my difficulties and solutions in the translation. The report will clarify the meaning and content of this book.

The primary purpose of this graduation paper is translating original version of the chapter 3: ―Five questions to ask in every climate conversation‖ and chapter 12: ―What each of us can do‖ by Bill Gates from English into Vietnamese. Otherwise, another aim of this study is analyzing its vocabulary and structure. I hope the important role of social translation will help students have more knowledge for the future job and their life. Finally, based on the translated version and analysis this paper, I also find out some difficulties when students translate this book. In addition, there are some effective solutions to help students translate better at the end of this study.
