This graduation document focuses on the actual situation of Muong Thanh Luxury Hotels Song Han. It is an analysis of the actual situation and the solution to the service quality of the food service department and a drink at the Muong Thanh Luxury Song Han. In this article, I offer some tables on the number of business guests as well as Muong Thanh Luxury Hotels Song Han to make it clearer. After discussing the matter, I will give some solutions and suggestions to improve the service quality of the Food and Baverage service department at the Muong Thanh Luxury Da nang Song Han.

In this graduation paper, I would like to investigate into the service quality of the reception department at Daystar Hotel and give some solutions to improve it. This graduation paper stater why I selected this topic, presents some concepts involved in reception department and the service quality, describes Daystar hotel and the services of the front office department, analyses and evaluates the service quality of the front office department and gives some suggestion for improving it. By doing this research, I hope the Daystar hotel will attract, more guests to the hotel.
