The second part is to look at the governmental and private -sector organizations that provide services, products, and destinations for travelers. Individual chapters discuss tourist organizations, passenger transportation, lodging and food service providers, travel agents and wholesalers, and tourism attractions.

This graduation paper presents some basic concepts of tourism, some problems about tourism business, and some policies so as to attract tourist to hotel. Next, this study will also present a Valencia Hotel overview, the situation of tourists at the hotel and analyze the factors affecting the number of tourists to the hotel. Finally, there are suggestions and policies in order to attract more customers to the hotel.
