The study focused on the quality of service in the hotel, the strategy of attracting guests, and so on. Then, the research finds the disadvantages and advantages associated with the procedure. From there, I want to suggest some ways to improve the quality of banquet services in the hotel in order to meet the needs of visitors. The data was collected from 2019 to 2021.

In this graduation thesis, I would like to find out the situation and some solutions to attract international travelers in the context of the typical covid-19 at HhaiAian Riverfront Hotel Da Nang. Besides, the hotel will be analyzed in terms of facilities and quality of the sales and marketing department. I hope that, with this recommendation, the hotel will strengthen its service quality.
