This case study is researched to attract for guest use supplement servicein HAGL Hotel Da Nang. Through investigating the demand of guest in there, I also point out some strengths and weaknesses in supplement service quality in HAGL. Furthermore, I also have some suggestions for improving the supplement services. And I hope from these suggestions, it can help the hotel attracts many tourists to use supplement services.

This case study is researched to improve effectively the number of business guests (MICE) in Hoang Anh Gia Lai Plaza Hotel Danang. Through investigating the demand of business guest (MICE) in there, I also point out some advantages and disadvantage in facilities system in Hoang Anh Gia Lai Plaza Hotel. Furthermore, I also have some suggestions for improving the customer service. And I hope from these suggestions, it can help the hotel meet fully the demand of business guests.
