In the study, I would like to clarify the functions, duties and importance of the Reception Department in the resort business. Also, research and evaluate the current status of service quality at the Reception department of the Sandy Beach Non Nuoc Resort, thereby proposing solutions and recommendations with synchronization to improve the service quality of the resort's Reception Department.
