During the current crisis, all markets require for high competition and profession. This case study is “An investigation into the real situation and solutions to improving services quality at Senses Restaurant in Pullman Resort Da Nang”. Business dining division is considered as the field's basic business services at Pullman Resort, but the real quality of service in this department is not really perfect, because it hasn’t been fully developed its own strengths.
