This graduation paper investigates the operation of the Housekeeping department at Crowne Plaza Danang and processes of making the room, laundry, public areas and landscape. Besides, I will analyze and give out some suggestions for improving the service procedures for the housekeeping department. And I hope from the suggestions, it will help to improve the staff and service quality at the hotel.
