This graduation paper presents some basic concepts of tourism, some problems about tourism business, and some policies so as to attract tourist to hotel. Next, this study will also present a Valencia Hotel overview, the situation of tourists at the hotel and analyze the factors affecting the number of tourists to the hotel. Finally, there are suggestions and policies in order to attract more customers to the hotel.
