This graduation paper focused on the real situation of Fivitel Boutique Danang Hotel. It is analyzed about the real situation and solution of front office sector at Fivitel Boutique Danang Hotel. In my paper, I give some tables of the number of guests as well as Fivitel Boutique Danang Hotel’s business to make it clearer. After discussing those problems, I will give some solutions and suggestions to improve the welcoming-guest services of the Front Office Department at Fivitel Boutique Danang Hotel.
