This graduation paper focuses on the real situation of Royal Lotus Hotel. Particularly, it analyzes the real situations of and suggests solution for F&B service at Royal Lotus Hotel. In my paper, I give some drawbacks to the F&B serving process at the Royal Lotus Hotel. After discussing those problems, I will give some solutions and suggestions to improve service processes of the F&B Department at Royal Lotus Hotel.
