831A Report of narrow gap welding
This paper presents experimental results of narrow gap butt welding of steel plates with greater thickness by using the Metal Active Gas (MAG) welding method. The mechanical properties of the welding joints were examined by metallographic method using the microhardness investigated in some specific submicro structure subzones, such as the weld center zone, heat-affected zone (HAZ), base metal region, and the boundary between the weld metal and the HAZ. The experiment results higlighted the graphical relation between the microhardness and the measuring distance in different subzones. The finding helps to forcast the quality and the loadability of the welding construction.

Research areas of construction material, construction management, structural engineering, geotechnical engineering, hydraulic engineering, and structural health monitoring are taken into account. It is expected that the present review would enhance interest among the new users in the application of metaheuristic optimized machine learning regression approaches.
836A review of the bioactivity of beauvericin - a bioactive compound produced by fungi
Beauvericin is a well-known insecticidal, antibacterial, antiviral and cytotoxic mycotoxin with a cyclic hexadepsipeptide structure that is a piece of the enniatin antibiotic family. It could be applied in several fields such as insecticides and pharmaceuticals. Other aspects of beauvericin like the toxicity and the determination techniques were mentioned in previous reports but there are seldom published about the bioactivity. Therefore, this is the first review discussing some various bioactivities of the fungal substance beauvericin such as insecticidal activity, and antitumor activity.
