Through the suggested translation of chapter 7- Tourism and Environment of this book, I hope everybody in general and the Vietnamese in particular understand as well as get information about the relationship between tourism and environment. To understand clearly about the close connection between tourism and environment, I examines and translates specific aspects including types of environmental impacts, environmental planning process, carrying capacity of the planning area, some environmental planning policies and principles, environmental planning of tourist attractions, and environmental impact assessment.

My graduation paper is carried out with the aim of translating chapter VI with the title “Food” of the book Environmental Health from English to Vietnamese. Another purpose of this graduation paper is providing an analysis of some typical vocabulary and structures of the source text from which the difficulties and corresponding solutions are suggested.

The aim of this graduation paper is to suggest a Vietnamese version for Section 1 and 2:“Introduction” and “Atmospheric composition and behavior”, which is extracted from the book “Chemistry of the Environment” by Ronald A. Bailey, Herbert M. Clark, James P. Ferris, Sonja Krause and Robert L. Strong, and analyze the translation of some vocabulary and structures. The difficulties during the translation and some essential solutions are also listed at the end of the graduation paper.
