In the scope framework of translating 4,500 words on the book Conducting Tours, this translation will cover useful information and advice for tourism. But because of the limited time, this paper will only focus on how to operate the tour, namely multi-day tours (chapter 3). It will provide the relative translation of the instructions, tips for tour guide, professional terms as well as issues, workflow and needed documents on tour. The paper will analyze the problems on the thesis chapter translation. Helps tour managers as well as tour leaders can understand its major terms to grasp modern solutions for domestic tourism.

This Graduation Paper is a translation of the book. The purpose is to translate chapter 1 (from 1.1 to 1.4.3) with the title “Criteria and context” which is quoted from the book “Ecotourism” from English to Vietnamese. In this chapter, the author describes the origin and definitions of ecotourism and concept of sustainable development. I also analyze the vocabulary and complicated structures of the suggested translation version. The difficulties in the translation and some essential solutions are suggested at the end of the graduation paper.

In my graduation, I would like to research and suggest some solutions to improve the quality of serving buffet at SaigonTourane hotel- restaurant. There are some main contents of this graduation paper: theoretical background, hotel introduction, the table of figures related to restaurant department in this hotel are investigated, from which analysis and evaluation are made to suggest some solutions to improve the quality of serving buffet in there.

Tạo ra zeolit không tan trong nước từ zeolit dạng hạt dùng trong phân bón sản xuất tại Indonexia có khả năng hòa tan trong nước. Cố định xúc tác TiO2 ngay trên chất mang zeolit đã được tổng hợp. Khảo sát các điều kiện ảnh hưởng đến quá trình quang xúc tác, các yếu tố đó bao gồm: Nồng độ pha trộn giữa TiO2 và zeolit, kích thước hạt zeolit được tổng hợp, yếu tố về nhiệt độ và lưu lượng nước thải dệt nhuộm được chảy qua mô hình thí nghiệm. Rút ra nhận xét dựa vào việc xác định hiện tượng xảy ra trên bề mặt xúc tác tổng hợp trong quá trình xử lý và mật độ quang của nước thải trước và sau khi xử lý.
