This paper is a suggested translation of chapter 9 from the book “100 Tips for Hoteliers: What Every Successful Hotel Professional Needs to Know and Do” by Peter Venison. Besides, I also analyze some problems which are extremely complicated such as structures, vocabularies in the chapter 9. In addition, another aims of this study is gaining experience as well as knowledge through approaching new words and structures of the suggested translation version. Therefore, I list some differences that I make during translating in the end of this graduation paper.

In this graduation paper, I would like to offer a suggested version in Vietnamese for English version of chapter 7 “Diet and Healthy” from the book “Food culture in Belgium" by Peter Schollers, 2009. In addition, I also analyzed some difficult vocabulary and grammar structures that I encountered during the process of translation this text.
