This graduation paper is a translation of a management book. The aim of this graduation paper is to translate a Vietnamese version for chapter 3 “Constructing the policy mix”, which is extracted from the book “Managing water as an economic resource” by James Winpenny, from English into Vietnamese and analyze the translation of some vocabulary and structures.
