The aim of this graduation paper is to translate the special report with the title "Bringing human rights to bear in times of crisis: a human rights analysis of government responses to the economic crisis" from English into Vietnamese and analyze its difficult vocabulary and structures. This paper is carried out with the aim of translating the first 5 chapters of the book "How to live on twenty-four hours a day" by Arnold Bennett from English into Vietnamese. Another purpose of this paper is the analysis of procedures of translating the text from which the difficulties and corresponding solutions are suggested.
