My graduation paper is accomplished with the aim of translating the Menu, the third chapter of the book "Foodservice organization – a managerial and system approach‟, from English into Vietnamese. The other purpose of this graduation paper is an analysis of translation theory, principles and methods of translation in the third chapter of the book to find some difficulties and suggest some solutions for.
