My graduation paper is carried out with the aim of translating a part of chapter 13 that is “Communication, Information, and Management” of the book “Essentials of Contemporary Management” from English to Vietnamese. Another purpose of this graduation paper is the analysis of procedures of translating the text from which the difficulties and corresponding solutions are suggested.

This Graduation Paper is a translation of a management book. The purpose of it is to translate chapter I with title “Health Reform” and chapter II with title “Cost of Health Care” which is quoted from the book “Covering Health Issues”. The analysis of vocabulary and structure are given in this paper. Suggestions are also included for those who deal with the translation especially the work on health.

In the scope framework of translating 4,500 words on the book Conducting Tours, this translation will cover useful information and advice for tourism. But because of the limited time, this paper will only focus on how to operate the tour, namely multi-day tours (chapter 3). It will provide the relative translation of the instructions, tips for tour guide, professional terms as well as issues, workflow and needed documents on tour. The paper will analyze the problems on the thesis chapter translation. Helps tour managers as well as tour leaders can understand its major terms to grasp modern solutions for domestic tourism.
