This graduation paper is designed to investigate into soft skills of staffs to improve and develop Xuan Hung Hotel, a truly two-star hotel in Da Nang city. Besides, I will point out the weak points and the strong points in serving guests as well as the business efficiency of the activities at some departments to build the hotel. Next I will give out some suggestions for improving and developing soft skills of the hotel staffs. I hope Hotel will have many changes and advances in serving behaviors to guests, there are more and more guests from some different cultures come to Xuan Hung Hotel, because it has the professional server and be wonderful place.
