The first is to learn about the status of business operations and service quality of the restaurant at Shara Hotel Danang; The second is to analyze and evaluate the strengths, weaknesses and factors that directly affect the service quality of the restaurant; Finally, from the above establishments, some solutions are proposed to overcome limitations and improve service quality, contributing to the development of the restaurant.
