This graduation paper investigates the strengths, weaknesses, and provides some solutions to enhancing the service quality of the Spa Department at Vanda Hotel. This case study is carried out basing on the theoretical background and the practical data. Firstly, author have collected data relate on hotel, spa, visitors, etc from the Internet, accounting department or relief sources. Besides, author will analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the Spa at Vanda Hotel. Then I will give some suggestions to enhancing to service quality of the Spa.
